Ursa Grande Records is a Crypto Art and Music Label.  We offer for sale non-fungible tokens (NFT's)

By using this website you accept sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving Ursa Grande Records Digital Art & Music Collectibles.  Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Ethereum Wallets.

If you do not agree with these terms you should leave Ursa Grande Records Site and discontinue use of services immediately.

By agreeing to these terms you represent & warrant that:

1/ you are over 18 years old

2/ you are not impersonating any other person

3/ you have read/understood and agree to our privacy policy & cookie policy

NFTs

A NFT is a non fungible token.  At Ursa Grande Records we mint and create our own unique NFT's at Open Sea.  This allows us to utilise Ethereum as our Cryptocurrency for our transactions.

This means that all NFT's are outside of the control of any one party, including Ursa Grande Records.

Ursa Grande Records neither owns or controls the Ethereum network, your browser or any other third party site, product or service that you might access, visit or use for the purpose of enabling you to use the services or to purchase, list, auction or sell NFT's.

Ursa Grande has no responsibility with respect to any transaction and will not be liable for the acts or omissions for any third parties, nor will be liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of your transactions or any interaction with third parties.

Ursa Grande has no control over the transfer, storage, ownership or maintenance of any NFT.

Crypto Physical Art NFT

We would require you to provide information about yourself e.g (name, email, home address or any address you provide) in order to send physical art.  If you choose to provide information about yourself you agree to provide true accurate information.  Your information will be governed by our privacy policy.

Unless expressly stated by us, you will not be permitted to return for a refund or exchange for any physical product that you purchase.  Ursa Grande Records will repair any defects on a reasonable case-by-case basis.  We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver or for any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to the goods which is caused by any act or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, strikes and other industrial disputes, breakdown systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

 

Property and Trademarks

The content on the Ursa Grande Records website including the text, software, graphics, photos, music, videos, interactive features and logos are owned by Ursa Grande Records, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law. Content on this website is provided to you as is for your information and personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, exploited or any other purposes whatsoever without the written consent of the respective owner. Ursa Grande Records reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the website and the content.  You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the website or services, provided by you to Ursa Grande Records are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Ursa Grande Records. You agree to not engage in the use of copying or distribution of any of the content other than expressly permitted herein.

 

Ursa Grande Records reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time and at our sole discretion.  You agree and understand that by accessing or using Ursa Grande Records site following any change to these terms, you are regarded as having agreed to revised terms.
